TradeKind is a Sussex-only trades directory and trust network. We help homeowners find local trade businesses across East Sussex and West Sussex, and we help tradespeople create public profiles for local visibility.
Important: we are not the trade business
TradeKind is the platform, not the tradesperson carrying out the work.
If you want to contact a specific trade business, please use the Request This Trade button on that business’s profile.
Private trade phone numbers and email addresses are not shown publicly on TradeKind. This helps protect tradespeople from scraping and keeps requests organised through the platform.

Homeowner enquiries
You can contact TradeKind if:
- you are having trouble submitting a request
- you need to report an issue with a profile
- you believe a listing is misleading or unsafe
- you want to report suspicious activity
- you need help finding the correct page or trade category
- you want to ask about how TradeKind works
Please include:
- your name
- the profile or page you are referring to
- a short explanation of the issue
- any relevant screenshots or details
Do not send sensitive financial information, passwords, full bank details or unnecessary personal documents by email.
Trade enquiries
Tradespeople can contact TradeKind if:
- you want to create a profile
- you need help editing your profile
- you want to claim or correct a listing
- your business information has changed
- you want to ask about Fleets, Team or Partners
- you want a profile removed
- you want to report a duplicate or incorrect listing
Please include:
- your business name
- your name and role
- the town/area you cover
- the profile URL if one already exists
- a short explanation of what you need
Reporting a profile
If you believe a profile is fake, misleading, unsafe, duplicated or using another business’s information, please contact TradeKind.
TradeKind may review, suspend or remove listings that appear inaccurate, suspicious or unsuitable.
Reporting a review
TradeKind aims to keep reviews useful and connected to genuine completed work.
You can report a review if you believe it is:
- fake
- abusive
- misleading
- posted by the wrong person
- not connected to a real job
- posted to manipulate a profile
TradeKind may remove reviews that breach platform rules.
Data and privacy requests
For privacy-related requests, such as asking for correction or deletion of your personal information, email privacy@tradekind.co.uk.
Please include enough information for us to identify the relevant request, profile or account, but do not send unnecessary sensitive documents.
Response times
TradeKind is an early-stage platform, so response times may vary.
The aim is to respond to genuine platform enquiries as soon as possible, especially where the issue relates to safety, misleading listings, profile access or data privacy.
